How It Works

The AirPura Super Carbon Blend FIlter is a two inch filter with eighteen pounds of enhanced, impregnated, activated carbon designed for medium to heavy chemical, gas, odor and smoke filtration. Used for water filtration and in military gas masks, the carbon can absorb 60% of it s own weight in airborne chemicals. The Super Carbon Blend FIlter should be changed every two to five years for optimum filtration efficiency.
